This time no limp mode but code p2459 diesel particulate filter regeneration frequency not OK. This was reset and lasted 500 miles before the same issue of dpf flashing. It was due a service so I've had that done, although another 180 miles after the recent fault was reset and 15 miles after the service the dpf is flashing agian.
