A scope, is what is used for sniper rifles. It has the ability to change magnification (zooming). When you are pointing out semantics, at least make sure that you got your facts right. AGOC is a scope. The definition of a scope does not require different zoom levels. It only requires the ability to zoom.
Well this made it past bug testing lol. clearly the best scope in game bar none. And quick edit, BARELY any of the scopes for the SVD were tested. Each have their own issues with aiming. The only two that work that i own atm is the large advanced sniper scope And the sniper scope (8x) I had this issue with the SVD and the Large Advanced Sniper
